Nation building is a multi dimensional term, involving the entire nation at all levels. For the past few decades, a remarkable social and political awareness has been awakened particularly among women.  
There is a visible urge in them to strive for a better life. 
They are also keen to contribute towards 
the development of their country and the nation. With the growing economic pressure, the income of a single member is not enough to feed all family members. Women are, therefore, keen to find means of adding to their family income.
They want to improve the standard of living and ensure better future for their children.  
For this, the women of our country are making their way into the national stream of progress. Women are working as teachers, professors, doctors and nurses. We see them as specialists in various medical fields.  
Talented women are working efficiently in PIA, TV and Radio as programme organizers, producers, artists, writers, newscasters, announcers and comperes. In the field of journalism women are contributing to the national development as editors, correspondents, reporters, feature and column writers.  
Many young girls are working in banks, business and insurance companies and in textile mills. Women have also come forward as social workers. In the field of law women are working as lawyers and judges in courts. Some energetic young girls have also joined the police force.  
We have had women politicians as Prime Minister, Education Minister and also as heads of varioiis institutions of the Education Department.
Women of our country are also being self-employed. They are
running boutiques, manufacturing garments and earning foreign exchange by exporting ready-made garments.  
They are also running private schools and day care centers.
The rural woman has always worked with her male members in the fields. She shares the work

of man on equal level. She works from dawn to dusk at home and in the fields. For the development of our country women have to be encouraged to participate and work more in the progress and prosperity of the nation.

 Explaination of "evening" (poem)</h3>
The poem consists of six stanzas. In the first two
stanzas the poet draws the picture of the falling of the evening. He says the day has passed away. The sun has set. The white stars have appeared in the sky. The long grass is wet with the dew drops.  
The darkness has fallen. The bats are flying in the air. Darkness is fearful. The poet is a noble man. He bows before God. last two stanzas the poet describes that God loves all his creatures. 
He loves equally the rich, the poor, the great and the small. Since fGod is love we also must love one another and abolish hatred from this world. Then there will be peace and love everywhere

James Henry Leigh Hunt was a English poet and great writer .He was born at south gate London in 19 october 1784.His father was a lawyer.He educated from christ's hospital.He worked in his brother's News paper(Examiner).He wrote many essays in "Examiner" .These essays were then collected in a book "The round table". He married in 1810 and he had ten children.He was in prison for two years as a result of attack on prince reagend. 
In 1818 appeared a collection of poems entitled "Foliage", followed in 
1819 by "Hero and Leander", and "Bacchus" and "Ariadne". In the same year he 
reprinted these two books with "The Story of Rimini "and "The Descent of 
Liberty" .The Indicator was his best book  in 
which some of his best work appeared.  
Keats and shellay were his friends who were also great poets and writers. They all were liberal and he actually went prison due to his poems about liberty. He died on 28 August 1859.He was a great poet. 
Poem (Abou bin Adhem)
Awoke one night from a deep dream of peace, 
 And saw, within the moonlight of his room,  
Making it rich, and like a lily in bloom,  
An angel writing in a book of gold, 
Exceeding peace had made Ben Adhem bold,  
And to the presence in the room he said, 
 'What writest thou?' - The vision raised its head,  
And with a look made of all sweet accord,  
Answered 'The names of those who love the Lord.'

' 
And is mine one?' said Abou. 'Nay, not so,'  
Replied the angel. Abou spoke more low,  
But cheerly still; and said 'I pray thee then,  
Write me as one that loves his fellow-men.'  
The angel wrote, and vanished. The next night , 
It came again with a great wakening light,  
And showed the names who love of God had blessed,  
And lo! Ben Adhem's name led all the rest.

Explaination of poem ( Abou bin Adhem )  </h3>
In this poem the poet describes an event in the life of Abou Beh Adhem. This is a very famous poem written by Leigh Hunt.  
The
 poet wants to impress upon us the importance of kindness and love to 
our fellow beings. He says that it is through the love of fellowmen that
 we can get the blessings of God's love. 
He was a pious man and the leader of a tribe.  
The poet relates an event in the life of Abou Ben 
Adhem as an 
example. Abou was a Pious man. He was the leader of a tribe. He was 
loving and gentle to his people. He was selfless and did good to 
everyone. 
In this poem the poet describes an
 event in the life of Abou Beh Adhem. He was a pious man and the leader 
of a tribe. He had a meeting with an angel who was writing the names of 
those people who loved God. Abou's name was not in it.  
Abou requested 
the angel to write his name as one who loved his fellowmen. The angel 
did so
and vanished.
The next night the angel came again into his room and showed him the 
names of those who had been blessed by God's love. Abou Ben Adhem's name
 was at the top of the list. 
 It means if you want to get God's love, you should love your fellow beings.
Abou was a Pious man. He was the leader of a tribe. He was loving and gentle to his people. He was selfless and did good to everyone.

 Inflation is there when the supply of money increases more than the supply of goods. It means increase in money and prices that do not result in increased production of goods.  
There are a number of causes of inflation or rising prices. Firstly, when the people start using different things more, their prices rise, secondly, the prices of different things rise if their supply becomes less because of strikes of workers, closure of factories, floods, absence of rainfall, and so on.
Another cause of inflation is the general rise in the standards of living of the people.  
As the people start living a better life with an increase in their incomes, they need more clothes, shoes, and other things of daily use. They buy more luxury goods (for comfort and enjoyment) like electric fans, heaters, radio and <a href="http://educational-wealth.blogspot.com/2014/04/television-essay.html" target="_blank">television</a> sets, air conditioners, and so on. Education becomes more common and people begin reading more<a href="http://educational-wealth.blogspot.com/2014/08/role-of-press-news-papers.html" target="_blank"> newspapers</a>, magazines and books.  
If the production increases, the cost of production also rises because of the higher wages of labourers and worker, higher prices of raw materials, and so on.
The government is often forced to print more currency notes and increase the supply and circulation of money in-society.  
Then it can pay higher salaries and wages to its workers. But if it cannot increase the production of different goods (as much-as it increases the supply of money), prices suddenly jump.A country may import raw materials for its factories. It may import machines and tools and food items.  
The prices of all these may be high on world markets. They will then also be high in the country importing them.
In fact, all countries should take joint steps to check inflation. The UN and world powers should try to settle, the disputes between countries. There should be an atmosphere of peace everywhere. Then countries and nations will work together to increase production and keep prices at a proper level.  
They will stop spending their resources on preparations for war.
The rise in <a href="http://educational-wealth.blogspot.com/2014/03/outline1-population-explosion2-shortage.html" target="_blank">world population</a> should also be checked. It is difficult to raise the production of different things as fast as the population is increasing.
It is necessary to study all the causes of inflation. Then these causes should be addressed and removed or eliminated.</div>

Hostel life makes a student regular in studies and games. The time for studies and games is usually fixed and their teachers or supervisors watch the students..The atmosphere of a good hostle is such that it makes a student interested in its regular studies and activities.  
He likes to move ahead and do better than others.If he falls behind the brighter students ,the teacher can help him to improve himself.Thus he finds himself engaged in a healthy competition not only in study and sports, but in other matters like student management of the hostel dining hall, library, common room, indoor games and debating and other clubs he can work and gain valuable experience.  
In any case, a student learns to live independently in a hostel. He cannot get his parents' or elders' help as he can at home in practically every matter. 
 Sometimes he has to take decisions independently. For example, whether to go op a trip organized by the college or to participate (take part) in a college function. He chooses his friends and companions himself and decides what he may do in his free time. Later, in practical life, he can adjust himself to changing conditions and circumstances rather easily. 
 In a hostel, a student learns to co-operate. In various different matters like cleaning the rooms and corridors, getting the clothes washed or providing facilities to some guests from another college or for new students in the hostel he helps other and gets help in return.  
Hostel life, in this sense, is corporate or group life in which the problems of one are, on many occasions, the problems of all.
The Pleasure and enjoyments of hostel life are many. We can have friends to our liking. We can play different games in the college lawns or in the common room.  
We get the greatest enjoyment of life in the company of students like us, learning, playing, working and eating together. Without the experiences of hostel life, in our opinion the life of a student remains incomplete in several ways. 
 At times the students in hostels feel homesick and wish to be with their parents and relations. It is natural for them to miss the atmosphere and comforts of the home where they were born. But then the for them to pleasures and activities of hostel life remove much of the homesickness.
A student remembers his hostel life for ever. His experiences there bring him rich rewards in partial life.
