Importance of polio vaccination for children
1. There are many diseases spreading germs like Diphtheria, T.D, Polio, Malta fever, Hepatitis and many more in children. We can avoid these diseases by vaccination. So it is important to vaccinate the children on time and regularly in order to lead a healthy life style.
Adventage of regular walk
2. Walking is a physical exercise which the body needs in order to stay strong and healthy. Regular walk keeps a person slim and smart and protects him from various diseases as well. Heart diseases and blood pressure can be avoided if a person regularly walks. Walk also keeps the muscles strong and in shape.
