Write a letter of advice from a father to his son who studies in a college away from house.

 March 26, 2014.
 My dear Son,
This is the first letter I am writing to you since you left home to begin the new period of your life at college. I know that intentionally you will not disappoint us. No doubt you are fully aware of your duties and responsibilities. However, I consider it necessary that you should always keep in mind certain things.
You should make friends with intelligent and hardworking boys. Education is very important but its basic aim is formation of character. So my dear boy, I advise you to avoid everything that your conscience warns you is not right.
Secondly what ever you read, read attentively. Always listen to the lectures of your teachers attentively. If you do not understand anything, stand up and ask them to explain it in detail. Always show them great respect. Your mother sends you her warmest love.
Your affectionate father,
 Roll No. X.Y.Z.

My dear Brother,
I hope this letter will find you in the best of your health. It gives me an unbounded pleasure that you have a good taste for literary books. Good books are really an unending mines of knowledge and wisdom. I suggest you, some books.
First of all you should read simple books having understandable ideas. If you like books of adventures then study "Haji Baba of Isphan", "Robinson Crusoe" and "Fifty great adventures that thrilled the World". "Haji Baba" himself, though an imaginary character is a typical Persian adventurer.
In "Robinson Crusoe" you will read the interesting story of an English sailor who after shipwreck, reached a deserted island where he lived all alone for twenty five years. "Fifty Great Adventures" will introduce you to unknown avenues of life. I hope these books will add a lot to your knowledge and will become your lifelong friends.
 Yours affectionately,

My dear Son, I received your letter yesterday. Your every letter brings us much pleasure. My dear son, the basic purpose of this letter is to give you some useful advice. You are living away from our eyes for a higher and noble cause.
That cause is your education. In this age, a man without education is like a deaf and dumb. So attend to your studies properly. Different things play in the afternoon, but study at night. We all are praying for your success. Your mother sends you the heartiest love.
 Yours affectionately,
