Average sleep requirment

The average sleep requirement for being healthy range is eight hours, but the normal range is six to nine hours per night. But for the today’s environment it has became a dream to sleep calmly even for four hours. Because we ourselves are responsible for this modern lifestyle .

Factors that diturb sleep

 Internet, Television, Intense Job Pressure are few of the factors that disturb our sleep. People with kind of jobs where it is incumbent upon them to remain up in nights . Those who just have a habit of waking up to watch movies to read books suffer equally. People with this habit are find to be more obese and restless. 

 Bad effects of sleep debt

 Disturbacne of Immunity system

Less sleep odd times of eating; and wrong type of food in take; malfunctioning of metabolic system; emotional and physical stress results in immune deficient . Sleep Debt Sleeping less or sleeping on wrong timings causes a Sleep Debt.It results in remain accumulating till suffice hours are not slept. 

 Mentaly fatigue 

 Ignoring sleep debt results in fatiguing mentally. This debt cost us Mental and physical fatigueness, and several other health related issues. 

 Day time sleepiness 

 Cumulative nocturnal sleep debt affects daytime sleepiness, especially on the first, second, sixth, and seventh days of sleep restriction. 

Frustration 

Observations and experiment have proved that late night eaters are frustrated due to less sleep. 7-8 hours complete rest is required for restoring energies and getting ready for next day schedule. But late night eating habits can not let one sleep people altogether for several hours; and they remain waking up. This not only cause physical stress but emotional and mental stress too.

 Affect on Human cognitive system 

Sleep Debt, if accumulated in large amount can affect the human cognitive system. 

 Irritation 

 Irritation is another symptom. Generally our Sleep that seems simple phenomenon is not actually a simple process.

 Effect on growth hormones 

Sleep Debt hinders the somatic cells growth of the body and also growth hormone secretion is effected severely.Anabolic Hormones secretion is processed during sleep only. 

Alcoholism

 Sleep debt sometimes lead to intense mental pressure leading to alcoholism, Smoking and ultimately suicidal tendency. Remain up in nights itself has it health hazardous. 

Causes of sleep debt

People with kind of jobs where it is incumbent upon them to remain up in nights and those who just have a habit of waking up to watch movies to read books suffer equally. People with this habit are find to be more obese and restless. 
  One major cause of sleep debt is eating habit Late night snacking results in obesity.Some people just eat whatever is available .They usually eat Biscuits, iches, Crackers, Chips, Nimko, Dry Fruits, Waffers, Chocolates, Toffees and Candies, sometimes cereals, Tea and coffee, Soft Drinks . 
Sometimes people have habit of eating a full proper meal that includes bread and cury.They have no margin to be consumed when there are less options to walk or to digest. The Late night snackers suffer inflammation and indigestion.
 Sometimes inflammations can lead to other diseases like dypherrea etc effecting not only social lives for sevarl days but continued suffering make people patient of Cancers also. 

Dreams

 Kinds of sleep (Due to Dreams)

Sleep are of two kinds 
(1) Dream less sleep (Non-Rapid Eye Movement sleep)
(2) Dreamed sleep (Rapid eye Movement sleep)

 (1) (1) Dream less sleep (Non-Rapid Eye Movement sleep)

 (1) Non-Rapid Eye Movement sleep is classified as a dreamless sleep. During this sleep our Brain waves as recorded in EEG are typically slow and of high voltage, Breathing and Heart Rate are slow, Blood rate is slow and the sleeper is relatively still. It is again classified into four stages that lead to Rapid Eye Movement sleep stage of sleep. 

(2) Dreamed sleep (Rapid eye Movement sleep)

Eye Movement sleep is the stage where dream occurs. There are about 3 to four cycles of Rapid Eye Movement sleep per night. Their occurrence is varied and occurs one to two hours interval and it can last from five Minutes to may be one Hour. It is characterized by High & Low voltage brain waves, Heart Rate leads to little abnormality, Blood rate increases and Heart rate increases. 
 About eighty %of sleep is Non-Rapid Eye Movement sleep. If you sleep seven to eight hours a night, an hour and a half is spent in dreamless Non-Rapid Eye Movement sleep . It has been scientifically proved seven to eight hours is necessary for every day.
