Write a letter to the D.C of your district regarding the spread of epidemic because of the un healthy civic condition

Sir,

              I would like to draw the attention of the authorities to the unhealthy civic conditions in
 my locality. Anyone who visits, it can feel the need for having better arrangements for its cleanliness. There are heaps of rubbish to be seen in the street. They give out very bad smells. Flies sitting on them cause diseases. Then there are small pools of dirty water outside the houses in the locality. Mosquitoes on them are the cause of malaria that is a common disease here.
I offer the following suggestions to the Municipal Corporation;
(a) There should be arrangements for the regular removal of rubbish from the street. The rubbish trucks or carriages of the Corporation should cany it away daily. The City Government may construct special structures on the roads into which people may throw their rubbish.
(b) There should be arrangements for proper drainage of dirty water from the streets. There should be” well- constructed drains on both sides of the roads. Water should not be allowed to stay at any place.
It is expected that immediate steps will be taken to keep our locality clean and liveable.
