 3 june plan
Three June plan was also known as the Mountbatten Plan. The British government proposed a plan announced on 3 June 1947 that had these principles:

1. Principle of the Partition of British India was accepted by the  Government.
2. Successor governments would be given to dominion status.
3. Autonomy and sovereignty to both countries british and india.
4. They Can make their own constitution.
