We need to consume these nutrients because it  is not made by our body. <br />   Nutrients provide three basic functions in our body. Some nutrients provide energy, some provide antibodies and some provide basic structure. Each nutrients has its own way of performing all these functions .the nutrients are needed for growth, to maintain and repair the body and to allow us to reproduce.<br /> Diet is the right amount of <a href="https://educational-wealth.blogspot.com/2014/03/food-of-world.html" target="_blank">food </a>we eat . It is important to develop and control of what we eat . Although we have the right amount of nutrients it is important to have a balance diet.
