Spring is the 'king of all seasons and favourite of all. The J blossoms of flowers, the beautiful sunny morning and the’ evening walks, all add fun to this season. Spring comes with an opportunity for everyone to get outdoors where there is not so hot and not so cold’either. Spring has begun officially and now  it’s time to enjoy this beautiful season with multiple colours and a lot of festivals. In Pakistan, spring season is- celebrated with
as, “perhaps its your first journey”. He wished him good luck. In short, he lived in the company of sea birds and sea creatures. He remembered the boy. He talked to fish. In this way, he fought against his loneliness and isolation.
Apart from the beauty which spring brings, it also brings nutritional benefits and creates a perfect environment for workouts. Let’s have a look on some of the benefits of spring season:
• Spring provides a great opportunity to diversify your workout and you can spend more time to change up your workout routine. Changing up your routine is good for your muscles arid your mind. It helps to keep you motivated- and engaged in your workouts. Thus it can be considered the best season to workout on your plans and their execution.
• As it comes with a refreshing outiook, the nutritional benefits of spring season cannot be denied: Spring season also comes with tasty fruits and vegetables. Some popular spring fruits 'include all types of berries i.e., Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, are all colourful, nutritious, and easy to prepare. Berries provide antioxidants .to keep us healthy and prevent disease and cancer.
• Some of the best vegetables in spring are artichokes, asparagus and beets. They are rich in nutrients.
• Spring onions are good for cardiovascular health. They lower the oxidation of cholesterol and reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.
• Enjoy the outdoor benefits of spring weather by biking, cycling,, walking and running, as- these are perfect exercises for you. Take out a time for yourself and explore the beauty of budding plants on run or walk.
• Spring is, also a great time to set a goal for yourself refreshing. Spring acts as a motivator and help you in meeting your deadlines specifically if you will make any fitness challenges.
