Ans: Santiago is right in saying that everyday is a new day because everyday he had new experience. He was riot successful for 84 days but he went on doing his job. He did* not lose heart.
He kept on getting new ' experiences. He was satisfied with his fate. He used to say that * one day he would catch a big fish. His fish might be here or somewhere and later as we'know that his words came true and he was successful in catching a big marlin. He struggled with marlin for three days and even those three days were not the. same.
Everyday he had ne$ struggle. He.had to chase Marlin for three days and three nights. He was optimistic. He knew that, at last, he would succeed. As we know that he had a moral success because he did not lose heart. He kept on making effort till the last moment. He got new experience; That is why he said that everyday was a new day for him.
