Write an application to the secretory of higher education for opening of a school in your locality

Subject: Opening of a School in Our Locality.
Respected Sir,
Through
this application, I would like to bring to your kind notice the urgent
need for opening a school in our area / locality. There is no school in
this area of 10 square kilometers. The students of this area are in
great difficulty. They have to trave a lot to distant schools in heat
and cold.
Most of the people living in this locality are poor
and have ordinary incomes. They cannot be able to pay the heavy expenses
of school fees and transportation. Therefore, in the last five years,
more than 3,000 student have reft the studies "and joined the labour
with their parents. These parents surely be very much benefited if a
good quality high-school is opened for their children.
As you
know children are our hope for a bright future. And it, is
constitutional duty to provide them all the basic facilities of
education. Hence, I strongly suggest you to open a school in our area as
soon as possible. I would suggest you to personally visit the area and
observe the situation.
