Dear Sir,
I wish to bring to your kind notice about the rising of water theft in our area. In February,-1 took a tour of the relevant area with tho purpose of uncovering canal water theft due to which  small farmers were being crippled into poverty. Wherever small- farmers were 'taii-enders they are subjected to discrimination because water is stolen at the tail end of the canal, before it can reach them. Farmers were being subjected to poverty despite , having cultivable land.
I have evidence of theft on tape. Kindly investigate it and take ungent decidive action against these thieves. The .poor farmers will be highly grateful to you for this kind and necessary act.
