Dear Sir,
Allah Almighty has bestowed special children such qualities Which are not found in normal persons. Despite difficulties, special children are getting education. Morally, We can treat these children with respect and compassion. Parents also should not feel ashamed to take these children out. We all can improve their life by helping them stand on their feet.
Kindly take concrete steps for the rehabilitation of the special children. Some suggestions are: speech training, special education, computer skills, vocational training, hydrotherapy and sanoezlen; a multi-sensory stimulation-programme. Through Motor
Activity Training Program, children with severe physical and mental disabilities can be trained for Special Olympics. 
it is expected that immipfiate steps will be taken for the rehabilitation-of the special children.
