Respected  Sir,
Through the columns of your* esteemed newspaper, I want to draw attention of concerned authorities to a very serious issue; the increasing, number of professional1 beggars-Jp the city. As you know the month of Ramzan is about to start, so a large number of professional beggars are rushing to Lahore.
They are not . beggars but a permanent burden on our society. Most of them are criminals in the guise of beggars. They commit the crimes like dacoities and theft. It'.is the duty of. social welfare department and law enforcement agencies to take notice of it and act according to law for the best interest of country and society.
